I used for some weeks. Then stopped. Now I found my ggt levels elevated (175) after some weeks of stopping it. Should I start taking it again ?

Doesn't dissolve in water, needs to be smashed down
Haven't seen any positive results so far but this tablet is hard and doesn't dissolve in water till an hour. Had to swallow it.
