It is not real carbon fiber, it's just a design that is made on the outside of the pleather! Is a pretty decent wallet - my only issue was that I have a lot of cards that I use daily so the wear and tear caused by me made the wallet get worn down a little faster than I would have like.D.. other than that - great wallet!
