Great toothpaste!!
Really like this toothpaste! Great taste and leaves your mouth/teeth actually feeling clean without being abrasive. I think the nano part is working because I was told I needed to get a tooth pulled because of a large “cavity” by a questionable 2nd opinion saying I’d lose my tooth in a couple months. It’s now been 7 months and 2 cleanings later by a different dentist and I still have all my teeth and they feel clean and strong. Of course, I’m just one person but it’s definitely worth a shot to help your dental hygiene. Strong recommend!

Great fluoride free option
I have been using this for a couple days now and am pleased with the results. I have been looking for a healthier paste that can help rebuild my teeth and does not include fluoride. My sensitivity has gone down a bit and I am eager to see its whitening effects over long term use. The watermelon taste is nice but not overwhelming which I appreciate.

Pleased so far
Good mint taste and foaminess. It’s a gel so that’s different from what I’m used to but I like it. My teeth feel cleaner. As far as remineralization, it’s too early to know. The ingredients are safe as far as my research went. Maby my dentist will notice an improvement of some sort in a few months.

The mint is amazing but what even is the watermelon???
Update: It's now been 6 days and my teeth look so good! I had some cavities forming in 2 of my bottom teeth and they are now in remission and looking amazing! In 6 days, I've noticed whiter teeth, less plaque buildup and my cavities are noticeably lighter and smaller plus my gums look good and the triangular holes in my gums are smaller and one has completely went away! What sorcery is this?! Seriously, I'm smitten with this toothpaste and it's very affordable. I pair this toothpaste with TheraBreath Healthy Gums mouthwash and it legit has changed my teeth and gums. Worth every single penny! After using the watermelon flavor for a few days, while it's not my favorite, I have gotten used to the flavor because I'm gonna use it so it doesn't go to waste. Definitely recommend this toothpaste for sure! Let me just say that I've not gone to the dentist in NINETEEN YEARS so seeing my teeth look and feel like I've just been to the dentist for a cleaning... I'm so impressed! I still prefer Elims lavender vanilla over Nudge just because I prefer the paste feel instead of the gel consistency but yes, I love Nudge and how it works plus I like how cost-effective it is.First off, let me say how happy I am that these were only $9.99 because that's a steal compared to all of these other 10% nha toothpastes! I will say I wanted to like the watermelon flavored one but oh my lanta... the taste is just... it's something. I'm not super picky but I don't know if I can use it because it tastes like soap and watermelon had a baby with a borax cleaning agent!? It was absolutely horrendous. I bought the regular mint and the watermelon flavors and I may just stick with the mint from now on. Although, I saw a few reviews showing that Nudge has now changed their packaging and seems to be inconsistent with how much comes in the tube. It definitely foams up when you're brushing your teeth unlike a lot of other nha toothpastes so that's a plus. I'm autistic & adhd and I struggle with my oral hygiene and tend to forget to brush or there'll be some days that I'm just out of spoons and can't bring myself to do my teeth. I also have gastroparesis so I tend to not be able to keep some foods in my stomach which then subjects my tooth enamel to harsh acid. Because of that reason, my enamel has become less and less to where my teeth are see-through on the bottom of my teeth. I did some research which led me to try nha toothpaste and after 2 days of research, I made the decision to purchase this brand as they had the best reviews. Within two times of using this toothpaste, I'm already seeing whitening and my teeth look so shiny/polished! I don't know how Nudge does it but they did. I'm a little nervous because I read a couple of reviews saying there's an ingredient that can irritate the skin around your mouth and cause perioral dermatitis... well crap, I already have that but it comes in flare-ups throughout the year so I definitely don't want something to trigger it into coming out. I'll keep an eye out for it and report back with an update if it does. I truly feel like it cleans my teeth so well and I enjoyed brushing my teeth with it. While I do like this toothpaste, I'm a little concerned about certain things being changed under the consumer's nose and Nudge hoping we aren't going to notice. I love the packaging especially the bamboo lid. I think with what more I know now, I would probably choose a more consistent brand and maybe try Elims nha toothpaste as it is still 10% nha and it's also still affordable but also has shown photos of people's teeth before and after. One woman legit had a small cavity and after 3 weeks of use of the toothpaste, it was nearly gone?! It had the tiniest speck of cavity left and it has me convinced that I NEED to try that brand now. The only difference is that Elims is about 5 bucks more than Nudge but with what it shows it can do for your teeth... 15 dollars isn't a lot especially if it can repair your cavities. I have mixed emotions on whether I'd recommend or repurchase Nudge, honestly. If it's their original formula, then yeah, I'd recommend it. But if it's a new formula with a smaller tube, it makes you wonder. So yes, I'd recommend the original packaged toothpaste. I guess I'd just say to purchase at your own discretion. Or go try the Elim's brand if you don't end up liking Nudge. I'm telling you though, the original mint is the better one. There really isn't a smell with either one until you start brushing your teeth so if you're looking for a potent flavored toothpaste, you may want to try another brand. I'm going to stick with Elims as they also have different flavors such as Lavender Vanilla Mint and Pineapple Orange Mint. Maybe try both brands and make decision for yourself. Hope this helps!

Good stuff, been using over a year
I really like this toothpaste. I have it on order to be delivered every few months. It tastes good, works well, and the cost is reasonable. I like the natural mint flavor. I will continue to order.

Great toothpaste but use a small amount!
This is a great toothpaste that really gets the job done, my teeth feel so clean! It says to use a small amount and this is very true. Do not use the 1 inch stripe some toothpastes say to use because it foams a LOT. Especially with a sonicare toothbrush. It says to use a little pea striped amount and when you are brushing for 2 minutes with a sonicare it will greatly foam up. So this makes me think it will last much longer. A great mild taste and your fresh breath lasts all day. I love it!
