This works! I was clumsy at first, but after a few trials, I finally got it. I'm African American, and was skeptical about it working on my hairs. Worked very well.

Tried sugaring for the first time. Gave it all I had, would not grab onto the hair enough to remove. Bad investment.

This product was always too soft to ever pull anything. I tried putting it in the freezer to harden up, and it would still just be soft as soon as I applied to face. Not sure what changed from the last one I had, but unfortunately this one was a bust.

I've waxed my eyebrows and upper lip for years but it always caused major irritation and breakouts and I was sick of it & wanted something natural. I'm convinced the bad reviews are just people not using it right- this isn't going to work like normal wax! It took me a couple of tries to get the hang of it, but now I have no breakouts, no irritation, and my face is baby butt smooth. Hard to show in a picture but 1-day post sugar wax (when I normally break out with normal wax) and zero irritation!

I don't recall where I got my last Nad's sugaring hair removal kit but think of the size of a baseball and a big marble. That was the difference in the 2 containers. Shrinkflation with this Nads product.
