I wanted these as replacements for my hydraulic lift sewing chair that I've had for 14 years. One of the original, hard plastic wheels was broken; and I've been balancing on four wheels for quite some time now. I wish I'd bought these a long time ago! I now have all tile floors, and these wheels are perfect. My chair and base are beige in color, and these wheels look and feel great! I love that they're made of metal, not plastic.They aren't super slippery, but roll easily when I want them to. The chair isn't going to slip out from under me my tile floors as I go to sit down, which I appreciate. Some of the reviews for other replacement wheels sounded like this might be a problem, so I ordered these because of a review that addressed this issue.I'm very satisfied with these caster wheels and highly recommend them based on their reasonable price ($13.99) and quality construction.

Why don't all office chairs come with these silent, soft, floor protecting rolelrs instead of the floor destroying hard plastic things they come with? I know, price. Well, quality is really worth the few dollar extra. I learned a valuable lesson. If you have a rolling office chair on a laminate floor, if you do not have these softer wheels, you will eventually destroy or damage your floor. Buy these, They fit perfectly and the difference is amazing.

I saw some reviews prior to purchase saying they don't roll freely. So I bought them. They work great. Who would want a chair that rolls freely?

These wheels do not glide as smoothly as they claim. I replaced the standard wheels I got with my chair with these, expecting smoother gliding, but noticed the opposite. There is a fair amount of resistance when using these. They also don't look as good as I expected. Maybe if you're coming from really cheap wheels, these would be an improvement, but for my chair these were a big downgrade.

We’ve had these wheels now for 2 years. We got them because the chair rolls on laminate flooring and the cheap wheels were leaving tiny scratch markings. These wheels are fantastic! No marks and they roll really well. My husband is 250 lbs and works full-time sitting on these wheels. They are still in great condition. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

They work as advertised. I wanted wheels that protect my very soft pine wood floor. These do the trick. They roll smoothly with some resistance, perfect!

Great solution for a rolling chair on our hardwood floors. No scratches. The chair rolls well and they look cool in my son's bedroom. They were easy to put on and are holding up well after several months.

I love them. just right for our floors, ceramic tiles. plus my husband and I are not light people.
