Not all my bits fit in the chuck??? My instructions that came in the box doesn't match the engraver pen... not very good on the quality control...

The bits are just some metal bits with some scratches and texture on it and it’s so low quality you can not even scratch the wood surface. Don’t waste your money.

What small/mini hand engraver is compared to the dremel stylo by price range and power?

As far as this battery engraver is concerned; it has three speeds: high, medium and low. I have used a dremel and yes it has it’s purpose. My hand engraver is, light, powerful, and maneuverable ! I can carve whatever I’m inspired and wherever! On a hike, at the park in my pickup truck and by the river! This is a great tool !

How do u get replacement bits? This is not a standard size.

Look for diamond bits. I get mine for pearl drilling on eBay thru dental materials sellers. Look for dental diamond bits

Are the batteries replaceable if it goes bad over time? What type of battery inside?

The battery replacement is probably worth more then the engraver that never worked. There is no way to open it to change the battery. They do supply a recharging USB cable.
