Okay I done the review on the women’s minis which ARE minis. These here are the FULL size for men. My husband was also taking separate vitamins such as A, B, C, D, E, K, etc and I got him the daily multi vitamin and he really likes these. Unlike me he can swallow the larger pills. But in all honesty guys these really aren’t that much larger than the minis. But still a little bigger than the mini. These being full size you do only have to take 1 a day and they do have to costing on them that make them no down easier (I’ll the my husbands word in that I’ll stick with my minis lol) But he says they don’t upset his stomach like most and they have no after taste. But they’re worth getting. Plus can’t go wrong they are One A Day

I just turned 50 in July, and I like this one-a-day multivitamin for men. I take other vitamins as well, but I feel this is a good choice to keep in my supplement routine. It's affordable and suits my sex and age. So far, I have nothing negative to say about it.

I bought this product for my dad who is getting older in age and I wanted him to start taking a multivitamin to help cover vitamins he might be missing.The tablet is small but dry, meaning there isn't a coat to help make the pill easier to swallow. If you don't have any issues swallowing pills then please disregard this but if you do have a hard time swallowing pills then I would recommend also buying a pill crusher to smash the pill into pieces and then it's alot easier to swallow that way.I spoke with my dad who has been drinking this pill for a couple of weeks now to see what he thought about it and he said he feels the same with no noticeable difference from before and now. He says he still drinks it because he knows it's important to have even if he doesn't notice a major difference.The health benefits on the label may be hard to feel it yourself because it's all internal benefits that you can't physically see. My dad says his energy level is the same and doesn't feel a boost of energy. So I'm not sure how effective it is but it's always good to have and drink. It's always good to compare the vitamin percentages with others to see if it meets your goals.It's recommended to take this one a day with food. Been taking these for years and never had notice from my doc I'm low in anything ever again.
