Good item. Needs to be handled carefully though.

Expensive for the kind of delicate plastic material. Price should be only half, as in USA it is one fourth.

Plastic Quality is a bit Low, as compared to price. Incase you are travelling it with full load, and crash to a hard surface, I doubt it will survived the crash. Rest is its a food grade plastic. Does not smell.

Fits well in the fridge. Leaks slightly if the front spout is not twisted on really tight.

Overpriced for the price. Overall build quality is low.

This fits perfectly in our counter depth fridge. My only gripe is when the spigot hangs over the edge of the shelf, it hits the door bins. However, this would be an issue with any dispenser that has a front spigot and a design issue with our fridge. If I place it in the center, there’s a gap between the door bins and we’re good to go. We had a similar 1.5 gal dispenser for a few months, but got tired of refilling often for our family if 4 and there was a bunch of dead space behind it since it didn’t need the full depth of the shelf. This bigger 2.5 gal one takes up the entire shelf front to back. We have filtered water it our sink, but prefer cold water, so this is perfect! No leaks, pours easily, and the wide opening is great for cleaning

I have an apartment size frig. A couple of gallon containers and the top shelf is done.Works for me.

It works well, I recommend drilling a small hole in the cap to allow air to flow through and improve dispensing.

This dispenser works fine, though seems overpriced to me. You’ll have to rely on a liquid cleaning process. There is no way to get inside and scrub through the fill hole.

It doesn't leak, is easy to fill. However, I wish the top had an air breather. If I try to use it without opening the top, the vacuum it generates holds back the liquid from coming out
