I have POTS and I use these generously during the warmer summer months in addition to other salt supplements. I LOVE how these taste. They don't have a salty taste at all. I call them my "rescue" salt for when I'm feeling extra symptomatic because 2 tablets of these work like a charm. I honestly wish I could eat more of them because they are delicious

I used this product during a 3 hour marathon tennis match. I had been struggling for months with hydration issues. I completed the match and was not physically exhausted.Easy to take, taste starts out pretty good then gets a little “salty.” Taste is way down on my priority list. Maintaining the ability to play is most important!
