This product was the best thing I ever could have done for my grandmother and now all her friends and friends aids are asking where they can get one! I gave this as a gift to my grandmother, the price was unbelievable and the product is absolutely topof the line in material and function! I bought this product because she had to start wearing diapers and was getting horrible rashes, was so uncomfortable all the time, and had sleepless nights because of the regular diapers. After using this, her rashes have completely cleared, she feels like a woman and not a child, and she sleeps with comfort and without embarrassment through the night! The inside is a towel like super absorbent and incredibly soft material and so comfortable as I tried it on when it arrived, and the outside is a lovely soft leak proof finish. It wears like a skirt with easy buttons and an adjustable band that looks very pretty on, just like a nightgown, so this makes her comfortable, confident and still feeling beautiful! It also easily snaps and unsnaps to just open up underneath her if she so chooses once she gets in bed. It has allowed her to be diaper free which lets her skin breath and takes away all discomfort from rashes and chaffing. This has also saved her tons of money on diapers and cream and has cleared her trash cans of fill ups and any mess or smell. It is so easy to clean just throw it in the wash with a detergent and some stain remover if needed and tumble dry low… nothing to it! She has had such a hard time mentally and physically having to be in regular diapers and now she feels liberated, and that she can live her life without the embarrassment or pain from diapers and feel like the beautiful woman she is! This skirt is a game changer! It saves the bed & furniture from getting wet & i cannot stress enough, the affect it's had on my sister's confidence. I'm huge on always respecting & honoring her dignity & this skirt does exactly that! We've bought 3 so far, for wardrobe variety. The family, caregivers & my sister all have nothing but rave reviews. We share this little gem, with any one who has a loved one with incontinence. It's very durable,so easy to put on & take off. The adjustable waist is incredibly easy to adjust & always holds. Here's a tip from an experienced user: if possible its easier to put on,before putting loved one in bed. However it's not real difficult to put on them laying down. Although, there is a learning curve, you'll get it after a couple times but it's INCREDIBLY EASY to change a diaper in bed, especially if you use a disper that doesn't leak & after trying so many, for a heavy night wetter,we use the abena form,Northshore max & incontrol brief w/a booster pad. Never had any of those 3 brands leak. The skirt unsnaps & protects the bed, just like chux. We still leave a pad, on the bed. This way, if the diaper happens to leak & the inside of the skirt gets wet, you can remove diaper & the skirt & still have protection under your loved one, long enough to get another diaper on. It saves your bedding. I can't say enough good things about this skirt! I'm confident, In recommending the skirt! It's changed car trips & movie night on the family couch!

So far so good. I decided to try this not knowing what to expect. It is very comfortable to wear and super absorbent. I have worn it just as a diaper and to bed covering my normal diaper. Just as a diaper It held multiple large accidents without leaking and at night it has caught a few diaper leaks from heavy bedwetting.

Takes a while to dry, but is very effective.

I did not expect much from this design, but it works very well.It is a bit heavy but it's made to sleep in, not walk around in.As a guy I'm not feeling constricted sleeping in it.

I purchased this for my dad. It has pretty decent absorbency, however the key to waking up with less urine is finding a quality brief. I am thankful that I found one. This wrap is heavy and not ideal for those who move around at night

This incontinence “skirt” is a quality piece. All of the components, and the stitching are excellent. I have been using this “skirt” on an adult male who is a side sleeper. Even using double diapers during the night, there is sometimes urine leakage. I bought two of these “skirts” so that one could be washing and drying, and still have one ready to go. Ever since these “skirts” arrived, I haven’t had to wash bedding due to urine leakage—Praise God! All the leakage has been contained in the “skirt.”Washing instructions: Machine or hand washable in warm water. Do not use softeners. Low tumble dry. Do not bleach.The only down side of this product is the cost; I really hesitated when I saw the price. But after using these “skirts” for several days, I am glad I decided to go ahead and purchase them. They have already saved me having to do several loads of laundry, and the time to remake the bed with all the freshly washed bedding.Needless to say, I would buy these “skirts” all over again, and would recommend them.

While this does not look like it would work it has proven very reliable for me. I would recommend it to anyone having incontinence issues at night. It will save a lot of work the next day.
