I like the tablet form of B12 better than liquid. It tastes like cherries(like any other B12 out there). There's no lingering of bad chemical taste.I did notice difference in my energy level when I took these B12s and when I didn't.I would take 2 tablets in the morning and leave them under the tongue until dissolved (2mins maximum). But then I tried to switch up and take them about 30mins before I needed maximum energy output. You can feel it working right away (in about 30 minutes).You don't want to take B12 made from cyanocobalamin (synthetic form), but only from methylcobalamin (natural form). That's why I chose this one.I've already recommended it to couple of my friends. This is easy to take form and totally worth every dollar.

My B levels were low according to my annual labs, so based on the good reviews I purchased this product. It is a very small pill, dissolves/melts quickly, is a pleasant fruity flavor, and I do feel more energetic when I’ve taken it. I don’t feel any side effects (other than positive ones). Packaging is also of good quality. 10/10 recommend.

Takes longer to dissolve than most I have tried but flavor is decent and the price per quantity is great.

As others have said, these can be slow to dissolve compared to some, but it’s not more than a minute and may improve absorption. Overall, these are fantastic and have been extremely effective for me.

I've been taking this B-12 for a couple of years without any issues. It's easy to get via Amazon, if you need a B-12 supplement. It's sublingual and has a pleasant taste.
