So far, the item works well, but I have ONE MAJOR COMPLAINT which probably won't be a problem for anyone under age 50, so I'm still giving it 5 stars. My complaint is that the pictogram instructions were totally indecipherable to me. I was like the cavemen with the monolith in "2001: A Space Odyssey." I finally realized I could plug one of the doohickies into the brick part of my iWatch charger. It charges my iPad and iPhone at the rate of about 1% per minute, so a complete charge in about an hour and a half. This item will come in so handy for trips and also around the house.

I have been using this charger for a year now and it quickly charges my iPhone 15. I like that it has the two different plugs for both newer and older products. To charge the charger I plug it in at night to charge it, it's not fast charging itself. I also like that it isn't bulky.

I hate this power bank so much. For starters, it’s a pain to charge it. It doesn’t come with a charger that’s perfectly calibrated to its picky needs, and it’s hard to find one that is. It only works with old school USB to USB-C charging cables, not USB-C to USB-C. Guess how I found that out? But even once you’ve narrowed it down to the right cable & plug combination, that’s no guarantee. Then, charging it takes forever. This is all before you even try to charge something with it, mind you. That’s also takes forever. I’ve had it a year & now it doesn’t even work. I plug it in to charge it and it stays on one flashing light forever. Totally worthless. Literally just threw it in the trash. TLDR: Don’t buy this

Great for vacation! I bought this to boost my phone on long days of traveling. It works fast and has two different inputs for iPhones.

I love that this includes built in cords and connects to most of my devices easily. So far, it seems to have good battery life, though I will be interested to see how long that lasts. It's about the size and weight of my cell phone, making it considerably heavier than I expected. And I am a bit concerned about how warm it gets when charging my phone.

This has worked great. I also find the chargers being attached and built in super helpful since I don't have to look for one or worry about not being able to use it if I forget to pack the cord to connect to my phone.

This has come in very handy. It fits easily in my purse and holds a lot of charging power.

The Belkin Power Bank is slow to recharge a phone. I find after charging a phone twice - not to a full charge but say 50%-60% the Power Bank is down to 1 or 2 stars from its four and needs to get recharged. That takes 2 hours. If you need to use your phone while it charges, a common occurrence for me, it is awkward to use because the charging chords are so short. It is also heavy to carry around. I would not buy again.
