How come the adjustable wrench version has sockets that allegedly are both sae (imperial) and mm (metric), but yet the ratchet version has individual

It's an American company catering to the imperial system I'dhave thought, the sockets that come with the adjustable have both metric and imperial markings i.e. 1/16-17mm. The gripping surface inside the sockets is also different to conventional sockets, I imagine this helps them be more versatile, it's also one of the selling features.

How many teeth dose the ratchet have please ?

The ratchet is on the open end of the spanner . I thought they would be a pretty useful piece of kit turns out they are just CRAP only purchase these if you want bleeding knuckles because they slip all the time
