Set of four... beautiful!
I received a set of four jars as promised in the description. The other reviewer stated she only received one jar.My set included four identical glass jars. They are thick glass, have a good weight to them, just beautiful. The lids have a seal, so may be "air tight". I haven't tested them though. I will be storing my ground coffee in one and trust it will keep fresh in these jars. The height wasn't listed on the description, so I measured: 6 3/4" high without lid and 7 1/2" high with lid on.Such a nice glass jar!

Safe, Space Saving, Tough, and Clear. A clear winner!
Square design makes these canisters space saving. Glass is easy to see contents. Glass is safe for food storage. (I no longer use plastics to store food.) Tough enough not to break, when dropped. I use some of these in the door of my refrigerator to store various nuts.

Quality I expected
Wanted to add to my collection of kitchen storage jars purchased locally. These jars were the same quality and size of my other jars

Arrived shattered
Ordered a similar product on Amazon a while back and mostly loved them (really convenient and classy though I didn't favor the plastic "seal" that doesn't actually hold anything in or out), so I ordered this 4-pack.Arrived not just broken, but shattered. Looked just like clear glitter. Somebody really had to try in order to get it this broken. Needless to say, they're being returned.

Glass canisters
Nice that they stack. Glass is good. Found them a bit heavy and cumbersome if you have arthritis in hands. Decided later that I should have picked a round container to use for a flour container where you needed room to place a measuring cup inside.

Hmm... what else around the house can I use these for?
I've gone an (another) kitchen organization binge. This time my obsession is ridding my cabinets of bags and boxes that might be susceptible to bugs and temperatures (that's my rationale, anyway!). I'm converting storage to glass canisters, and also bought some of the chalkboard labels so I can document the contents - and I like the way they look. So, the canisters... Mine had Crate & Barrel labels on the bottom, and fortunately no other labels to deal with peeling off. These stack nicely if needed, assuming you have the height for it (I've actually gone and also ordered the 1 qt size for stacking and smaller quantities). This size is perfect for a 14-16 oz box of pasta (such as farfalle, cellentani, penne, etc.).The glass is a nice weight, the lids fairly secure. I wouldn't say fully airtight if you're considering liquids, but I'm only interested in dry goods for canisters. I also wouldn't pick them up or carry them around by the lids; the seal isn't that strong. I'd give 5 stars if the seal were a bit heartier.I'd suggest these (in a smaller size) could also be good for bathroom - cotton balls and cotton swabs, etc.

Love that these have tight-fitting lids, are glass, and stack
Love that these have tight-fitting lids, are glass, and stack. I have these in multiple sizes, all with the glass lids, and they all stack among themselves very attractively. Some of them may not be totally airtight, although many are. I think this happens because the plastic seal may be tighter on some than the others. But I'd still rank them 95% consistent.

Sassy and Classy!
What an awesome looking and functioning jar. It's not kid friendly or senior friendly. These jars are heavy when empty, and heavier when filled. So if your grip is suspect, then these jars aren't for you. If you have children or older kids that still act like children then these aren't for you. But I love the way they look and I love the way what you put in them looks. I guess these are used frequently in Marijuana Dispensaries, because these came from a dispensary supply company. They give an elegant look to your kitchen when you can see all of your ingredients stored nicely in glass containers, but not if they're all smudgy with fingerprints. I've been slowly getting rid of anything plastic in my life and moving over to strictly glass and ceramic containers. Ceramic jars need to be labeled or you need to open them to see what's inside. I bought them in 3 sizes and I'm going to be purchasing more. I haven't had the moth problems that others have described so far, but I don't live in a dungeon either. I honestly don't see how a moth could get in these jars, but I guess anything is possible. I'd recommend them.
