Great product
I have been a sloucher most of my life and saw my doctor for my physical a few weeks ago, she advised me that I should do something to correct my poor posture because I have been having muscle issues. I found this DVD on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I am in my fifth day of following the routine and find that it really helps reset my body and I feel lighter immediately after performing the routine. I was a little concerned one of the reviews said the dvd was complicated; however, this has not been the case for me. I found the instructions very easy and clear to follow along.

Worth the money!
After my children asked me why I was slumping over so often I decided to try this instead of a posture brace/bra. So glad I did. After only a couple of weeks usage I can tell a big difference. I am award of my posture and now remind myself to straighten up when I slough over. I do the excercises at least once a day - most days, and no longer need the DVD to guide me. It is easier to get the "catch" out of my back in the mornings and I find that I have fewer of them throughout the day.

Awesome !
I suffer from arthritis and it can be hard to stand for long periods of time. Dale does a great explanation of why back pain occurs and why it's important to do these exercises to help low back pain. Well done. I've only been doing these exercises for 10 days but I’m excited for continued results.

Not what I was expecting
This is not what I was expecting. I thought it was an actual workout video for strengthening your back. Instead it’s a few stretches to help your posture. It is also very dated.

This video really explains how to do the exercises with the correct form so you don’t hurt yourself. It shows correct form and incorrect form. Which really helps to do the exercises correctly

A great way to improve my posture that is quick and easy.
This has been a great way to improve my posture and help with the back and leg pain I have experienced. I like that the DVD shows the correct posture and the way to do the exercises. I also like that you can go back to any screen to review as necessary. I have been using it everyday and it seems to be improving my posture even if it is just making me more aware of when I have poor posture and how to correct it.
