Would have given 5 stars but since the item is not as per website and also the order has to come with a sefty glove. The glove is missing and looks different. Though it does the job well so not thinking of return the item. But Amazon should verify the item before delivering items to customers. Please do not promise something which cannot be fulfilled.Overall since the item is working well so no issue.

I have sharpend all the knives in my kitchen. It takes time to sharp the knife though. Needs lot of patience since it's takes time. The quality is really good. Efficiency is good. Performance is okay. However there is no glove with the product although it was on the packaging

The media could not be loaded. First I recived a product does match like the Displayed image on the product listing , No gloves , no Diamond file in the sharpner . After getting a replacement I got the same, wrong but new Item It is red and black , no 3different files in there for sharpening, No gloves . Tired of doing replacement. this is not right showing a product and selling other similar looking product.

After a while my knifes was blunt and it was difficult to manage chopping with themBut this product helped me to use all knives easily and it easy to handle. Good quality product which increases sharpness at its accuracy.
