Q: Does this pick up cat litter well on hard floors?

I dont have a need for cat litter, however, this vacuum cleaner has a wonderful suction. It picks up my dogs left over kibbles and bits on my ceramic tile floor.

Q: does the vacuum works for carpets

It definitely sucks. No spinning brush roll. Works best on hard floor surfaces. I personally wouldn’t recommend it for carpets/rugs.

Q: Are the wheels rubber or plastic?

The two big wheels on the sides definitely plastic - the little one in the front is also plastic, but it feels like rubber covering it.
