Excellent!
I originally got these in Feb 2024, sadly they stopped working on one side a couple of months after use. I contacted the seller and their customer service was brilliant! Within a couple of days I had a replacement. The headset itself is brilliant! Extremely good sound quality! Would highly recommend them and the seller!

Excellent customer service
Both my boys have this gaming headset and are really pleased with them. They claim to not hear me shouting at them so the sound cancelling must be quite good 馃槉. And they are always online chatting with friends. One of the headsets are several months the mic stopped working. Contacted the company and was sent a brand new pair with no complaints, received them within 5 days of contact. Excellent customer service, thanks Carrie.

Mixed Feelings
This is a weird one for meThe Audio is great, I'll get that one out of the way right nowThe Surround is excellent, the EQ has very good range, somethings can be a bit tinny sometimes but overall great stuff. Hence why I gave it a 3/5But overall there were two main problems I'd like to high light, both of which almost broke me and made me return them (but didn't in the end)The first was the fit... I'm just over 6'3 tall and the moment I put the headphones on they felt small, very small. No I don't have a large head, in case you thinking "this guy has a massive head". So I pulled down the ear cup extenders out of the box and placed them on my head and in an instant could feel that the ear cups were resting on my ear lobes. So I pressed down and moved them, played around with the height of the ear cups to get them to fit, and over a few days managed to adjust them to the way they feel comfortable to use. As it turns out it's the spongy stuff on the head rest itself, which is really thick by the way to cushion your head. So now after a few weeks it's softened up a touch and with adjusting the extendable cups. They fit just right. I would have liked them to extend another click or two but in time I suspect the cushion will soften and the cups will fit perfectly by that time, but this is just something to be mind full of.The next problem I had with this headset, which some might think is a bit petty but to me was main reason I almost returned themI've been using 5.1 or 7.1 headphones now for over 10 years now and every pair I've owned has an inline audio controller that's INDEPENDENT to the master volume within windows. Say like the audio controller on your keyboard or if you have mouse buttons assigned with the audio up and down on themThey've all been adjustable with a rotary controller this is an inline digital controller that doesn't control the headphones alone but all of the audioIt controls BOTH the windows master volume and headphone volume which is not good if you want to lower the volume when it's too loud quickly.I found the volume of the headphones were extremely loud to the point where the master volume was on 4 and it was still too loud. Luckily I found the solution in windows itselfGot to...Control PanelHardware and SoundSoundAdjust system volumeIn here I was able to adjust the master volume by turning it up to about 50 and lower the sound for say the browser if you're watching video sitesOr playing gamesOr adjusting the windows sounds like the ding noises it makesWithout this I would have returned them. So now I can either decide to make things loud or really quiet. It is still a touch annoying, having to adjust EVERY games volume, or anything else even though it only takes a few second overall so nothing serious. But no one seems to have addressed that the volume is insanely loud, so for now they are fine but if I find another decent set these will end up as a backup pair due to the loud volume and the silly way of having to adjust the sound so it doesn't damage my hearing.Defo not worth the price considering they don't have a detachable mic and the volume problemHope this helps
