Go on this BEFORE you give birth. Start taking this a month or two before you give birth or immediately after birth. I suggest before. It doesn't stop the hair loss but it makes it not as bad and it helps give your body the vitamins you'll be depleted of from pregnancy/postpartum. And don't stop taking it!! I received my order (2 months worth of vitamins) mid July 2023. The expiration date on the bottle is Aug 2023. That gives me 2 weeks of use of a 2 month order before they expire
