Do they make sneakers tighter?

If used on top of your existing insole in your sneakers, there is a chance that the sneakers may feel a bit tighter for a few days. We highly recommend that you use these insoles as a replacement for your existing sneaker insoles and you will find that the fit should be just fine. If you cannot remove the existing insole, we would suggest that your slightly loosen the sneaker lacing, and after a couple of day's wear, you will find that the sneakers will accommodate to the insole being in your sneaks during wear. Then you can fully experience the improved comfort and reduced tired achy feet that this insole was designed to deliver.

Are they very cushioned?

They have a small amount of cushioning but the arch support is reinforced and helpful. I buy running shoes and as the insole is removable I like to swap them out to gain longer wear. Not like memory foam cushioning this is more like a thin silicone type cushioning.

Do they contain latex?

Dr. Scholl's Soft Cushioning Insoles for Sneakers are polyurethane insoles. They do not contain latex.
