Gratitude is My Superpower: A children’s book about Giving Thanks and Practicing Positivity (My Superpower Books)

I have returned many books purchased for a precocious 5-year-old girl because, while most of the books (carefully selected based on reviews) are beautifully illustrated, the stories are some combination of dull, plotless or surprisingly nearly pointless. This was exceptionally well-written, inspirational. I will pass this one on to the intended recipient with sincere thanks for everyone involved.

Have this book as a gift to a first grade teacher. Students loved the story and teacher added a craft, painting their own gratitude rocks

With all the negative events happening around a young child, this book helps a young child understand how to express thankfulness and have a positive attitude. Very well written and illustrated.

Must have for anyone with children! This book has a beautiful and important message, and it’s beautifully illustrated as well. It’s never too early to talk to your children about gratitude and model it as well. I love that Ms. Ortego’s books talk about practical applications at the end too.

This book was a good explanation of gratitude and how to incorporate it into a young child’s life. We bought this book in early December as my sons sole focus seemed to become how many and what kind of presents he would be getting for Christmas. We wanted to take the focus off of material things and the constant asking for more, and this helped.

Perfect book for my grand niece. She loves it. Says it is her favorite book.
