It works. Good for medium to large glasses stems.
So I saw the review saying that these don't work or they fall off your glasses. They were a good deal for a lot of various colors so I decided to try them anyway. I found the complaints to not be true for me. They work just fine. The openings are a little bit larger than other versions I tried before. So it works well for sunglasses with thick stems. But they still worked for my regular glasses with a thinner stem. Sure if you yank at it it might come off, but they never slipped off once after wearing them on a few paddle boarding trips with decent wind.I also tested whether they actually float. My cheap plastic glasses with the clip-ons are a little bit heavy so I thought it was a good test. They floated without an issue. I even tested pulling it under the water and seeing if it came back up. And it did. Yes only a little bit floats above the water. So if you are using the black color it might be hard to see in dark waters. I would probably use the red if you are super worried.Overall, I'd say these work just fine. They're a good deal and you get a bunch of colors. I was happy with this purchase. If you want to use it for super thin glasses frames, you might want to pick another style. Look for the low rating comments complaining about how they don't fit on their sunglasses heh. And you will have found the ones that work for thinner glasses.Overall I am happy with my purchase.

Tight going on but work well
Super difficult to get onto some pairs of glasses, but seem to hold up well.

These are so reasonably priced and work so well.

Far less durable than name-brand Croakies and a bit variable in fit and too short in length
While far cheaper than Croakies, these neoprene straps have a few issues. One: they only last a couple months per strap before the neoprene or stitching gives out, whereas I've had Croakies last for two or three years. Two: they vary a bit where they need to fit over the sunglasses' ear pieces so some are very tight and others are too loose for my sunglasses. Three: they are a bit too short in length and thus can pull off when you try to fit them over your head.

Great for White Water Rafting
Booked a family white water rafting trip last summer here in CA. Was warm and sunny and it was a 1/2 day adventure, not bringing sunglasses was a non-starter. In the instructions we got from the whitewater rafting company, they suggested if you bring glasses, make sure they are on a strap. Purchased these and had enough in the kit for everyone in our family to have one. If it saved even 1 person losing their glasses, well worth it (and that would have happened as a few of the kids ended-up in the water at some point). Sunglasses are expensive, these straps saved the day.

Not what I expected
They are great cat toys. They do not fit any of the glasses I own and they do not hang the way I want them to do.

They float
I help manage a boat washing/detailing company and I am in charge of a team of girls. I bought sunglasses for my girls to help with heat exhaustion but allot of times they end up in the water or left on a boat. They are only 8$ sunglasses but it still adds up. Now they're only 9$ sunglasses, still not bad. I got these because they float and they stand out so I think they'll be less likely to be left behind. If they fall in the water, I might still have to run down the dock to catch them during a strong current, at least they wont sink. I used the more neutral colors so they'd be more likely to use them but it's nice because if they do loose them I have plenty more. Plus then it's kind of their own fault if they end up with a crazy color. One of the girls loves red and another loves pink so the different colors worked out well.
