***UPDATE***My husband enjoys tea and I got this really pretty kettle that makes hot water fast. Now it is less than 2 1/2 months since I’ve purchased it and it’s broken. It won’t turn off. So if we don’t watch it, it will boil until it boils all the water out. My return window has already ended, so I can’t return or replace it. This was an expensive item that I got largely in part because it looks so nice. I’m very disappointed.*After writing this review, we found out our toddler could reach the on switch because said husband would put the kettle on the edge of the countertop. Once the kettle was moved back, our “problem” stopped. Revised my review to 5 stars.~sorry~

Great item until it breaks bought it last nov . Stopped working. Reached out to seller said their products are a 6 month warranty. I messaged them just over a week ago, they didn’t respond till now once warranty is expired 6 months and 4 days. So clearly waited!!! put that in your description and don’t hide it. Every item is 1 year…guess not these guys as they know it will break after 6 months

My son loves it for his cup of noodles and matcha. He said it was the best appliance I've gotten yet for the kitchen. I like that it holds a great deal of water and usually fill it up every morning. I wish that it stayed hot longer, but it's very quick to heat up.

Outside of the poor packing of this item we LOVE this kettle!!! Heats up water quickly and the auto turn off switch is a great safety feature.

The media could not be loaded. It’s a great kettle and aesthetically appealing. I’m sure it’s just makeup and lipstick, but it looks cool as long as you clean it with light cleaner it should hold up.The lid it came with was crap and super cheap. Hold onto your old kettles lid and just switch them out. Other than that I have no complaints and it is a really nice kettle. Boils quickly and does not have a whistle which I love!

I ordered this over three years ago, and was a bit skeptical because some of the reviews. However, it is still use every day, looks great, and we have had no issues with it. Aside from it being efficient, I get compliments on it every time someone sees it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun, aesthetic piece for your kitchen.

This is a fantastic water pot, while I had some device issues, they were correctable and the customer support were fantastic, while they found the solution likely to be too much for a user to correct and sent me a new pot. I was able to solve for the switches triggering too soon and often preventing the pot from heating properly. to avoid any DIY injuries, I will not elaborate the exact steps as they involved adjusting the inner workings. I am very happy with the device and have forwarded the solution to the company. I use this pot for making tea and French press coffee primarily however we also use the large capacity to pre-boil water allowing for lower temperature cooking and keeping our pots and pans in prime condition and not overheating them to hasten water boiling. I cannot emphasize enough what a fantastic versatile product this is.
