Are all edges web-like or is one side flat? Want to use it as a table runner and worried it's not the same all the way around!

Not meant for a table runner. The top part is a flat edge.

How can i hang this from the edge of my bar without tacks, nails, or decorations to hold in place?

This lays flat either on the mantle or table. What do you mean “hang on the edge “? Instead of nails I use Command Strips for most of my decorations that need to be hang.

Can you attach it to curtains?

You could probably pin it or baste it to curtains, either on top or underneath. Never thought of that, may try it myself next year!

Could I drape this across the top length of a curtain rod? Would it stay in place?
