What's the diameter of the plane's circular path? (How much clearance is needed)?

If you’re asking whether the “flight path” exceeds the bottom diameter of a standard shaped(cone style) Christmas tree, then no it doesn’t. I’d say ours flys no more than 14”-16” out from where it’s attached. FYI....the “flag” is paper and I changed ours to read different things by easily making new ones. LOVE IT!

Anyone having issues with the attachment falling off? The part that flies around always wants to detach from the star. Should super glue it?

I have not had problems with this. Are you sure you have the metal bar inserted all the way? It should sort of “snap” in there when you insert into the slot in the plastic.

is this dual voltage? I live in Dubai and hoping it will work on 220v?

No...you would need some sort of converter to drop the voltage down to 110 unless you want the biplane to fly out the window.
