MUJISmooth Gel Ink Ballpoint Pen Knock Type 10-Pieces Set, 0.5 mm Nib Size, Black

I absolutely love this minimalist designed pen. It is the 0.5 mm pen which dries quickly but easy to write. The ink flow is constant and the pen lasts very long time. I gave some to my sister and she was so fond of it. It’s a little pricey compared to other pens but worth the Japanese quality.

These are great pens, comfortable and smooth writing with a decently fine point. The clicking mechanism is satisfying as well. Muji does a good job

Best pens!!! dark ink, smooth writing and they click, what’s not to like! No notable smudging noted and the 0.07 is pretty fine producing clean writing.

Smooth rolling and simple design are making my journaling more fun and enjoyable. I don't need to use pressure on my fingers as much as other usual ballpoint or ink pens.

True confession: I am a pen addict. I used to buy pens every other week, never really being truly satisfied with any one. These Muji retractable pens have been the only pens I've ever used until it completely ran out of ink. I love them so much. They are not perfect for everyone. When writing in my Hobonichi, the ink does stay wet and can smudge. I get mad but it doesn't stop me from using these because they feel so good to write with and the ink, even at a .5mm is beautiful, bold and crisp. I'm not sure if I got a rogue set but when I went back to try a Muji pen with the cap and the ink looked much more dull. I'll definitely have to try a few more sets before I can declare these the best pens of all time but for now, I am a fan.

I normally write with pilot g-2 pens because I love the bold black. These pens are are well done. The ink doesn't form a little tip on the pen like it does with pilot pens and it writes very smooth. I love the minimalist look to it but since it doesn't have a grip. Not a huge issue when writing but significant. It also doesn't hold up to drawing long lines across pages, the pen seems to "run out" of ink until you lift it and go again.
