How long do they stay inflated if using helium

I added a latex balloon inside and it lasted like 7 hours before it started to drop. I wouldn't recommend for a customer though as the shape and quality is not that great.

Will the neck stretch to get a teddy in it?

No it won't stretch enough, you need a wide neck Bobo or a stuffing balloon.

Can you use just helium in them will they for more that 24hrs? Can hi float be used to for it to stay up longer?

have only ever used helium to fill these balloons, have always lasted a few days with no issues. Ive never used hi float so cant say how much longer they would last with this.
