Q: What are the inside dimensions of the tray?

The inside dimensions are about 15.5 inches wide, 11.25 inches deep and 1.5 inches high.

Q: Are the handles suppose to be unevenly? We sent for a replacement and the second one we received also has uneven handles

Mine doesn’t have uneven handles. Sorry!

Q: How deep is this tray on the inside? (Not including the handles)

The internal depth of the tray is 11.25 inches.

Q: If red wine or coffee spilled on the white tray, will it get stained easily?

I would say yes. It’s lawyer but red wine is pervasive. You’d for sure need to wipe it off immediately. Coffee doesn’t seem as bad. I would not recommend using it to perform pseudo coaster like functions.
