Oh, I'm more than pleased with this purchase. Every element about it pleases me. I'm a home cook and on a small budget, hence why I'm a home cook. I HAVE to have sturdy and useful utensils that function perfectly such as this. I can not afford to waste any money, it must be perfect and what I really like.This spatula's wood is so lovely. It takes to hand washing just fine.The handle is nice and rounded so as to be very comfortable against your hand. No flat handles for me. They hurt!The spatula is off-set just enough so it can flip food easily with little effort.The price, good Heavens, fits my small budget so well. I don't know how they are able to produce a utensil of this quality at such a fair price. Thank you.I could just go on and on ( I probably already have), but I think you get my point.Do get this one. This spatula is very finely made and beautiful to hold and look at. This is the thinnest edge I’ve ever seen on a wood spatula. With care, you may be able to turn an egg over easy without breaking the yolk. It has the appearance of a hand-rubbed finish, which seems to be resisting the absorption of food odors. (I wouldn’t want to expose it to very strong-smelling foods, such as Kimchee, however.) I bought it to preserve the surface of my nonstick skillet. It hasn’t harmed the skillet at all. To keep the beautiful finish, I recommend washing and drying this spatula by hand. Don’t soak it in water or put it in the dishwasher.

Finally a wooden spatula that you can flip eggs with. The curve is a nice touch, I can cook eggs without making a mess. This spatula is solid, feels good to handle, and it's about just the right size for my cooking needs. It doesn't scratch the pan, and cleans easy. Highly recommended.
