Lovely book..... Hoping it helps my daughter

There isn’t a back page for answersAnd for me this is something I’ve never come across before and not only that but I have a hard understanding in literature anyway. I’m also neurodivergent so although my daughter is having fun I can’t tell if it’s right or wrong.No good on teaching for a parent like I but it’s great for parents whom don’t have struggles

This book is misleading and claims to support children with Dyslexia. It won’t help them much as the author does not understand the difference between phonemes and syllables. It asks the reader to refer to examples that are simply incorrect.

A lot of the content / terminology in the book is incorrect.Uses word syllable instead of graphemes (or letters).Asking the writer to omit the second syllable of ‘family’ and by example removed the ‘a’. This is incorrect. Fa-mi-ly. To remove second syllable would be to drop the ‘mi’ not the ‘a’. Riddled with misinformation. I do not recommend at all. I just bought it and it will be going straight in the bin as it is hard for children to unlearn something that’s been taught wrongly.One page has the word ‘officially’ printed ‘oficialy’.Zero stars rating.

Unusable. The book is full of errors, typo’s and grammatical errors. The teaching of syllables and phonemes is incorrect. I will not be using this book. I wish I had read the previous reviewers negative comments before clicking ‘buy now’.I have checked my review for errors, I hope there aren’t any, but if there are, I apologise. At least I’m not professing to improve reading and writing skills!

As a trained dyslexia specialist I would recommend that you do NOT buy this book; whoever wrote it does not even know the difference between a syllable and a phoneme. It's shockingly full of impossible tasks e.g. replace the second sound of the word (caught) with f. Please don't waste your money.
