I'm thinking that some of these reviews are not for the goggles. wrist wraps? yoga practice? are these swimming goggles? are they good quality?

These goggles are absolute trash. I just bought some, and they are unusable. Water came rushing through the bottom and burned my eyes so badly during a workout that I need to see an ophthalmologist.

do the dark grey lenses keep out more light than the mirror lenses? I'm trying to find something that will work during the day for my photophobic kid

I have used them for a while and have both the mirror style and the gray style you describe. Both work like regular sunglasses would and block the sun very well.
