How many usb ports does this unit have?

Just a single USB A port. Do be aware this thing will only play .AVI files if you're planning to run video from a microSD card. No idea why in 2022 they would make an outdated codec the only supported video format. Made this thing completely useless to me. Otherwise, it is a nice projector.

Can this play power point presentations? how would i do that?

Hi, yes, you can play PowerPoint Presentations on the P6X, either by connecting a computer through HDMI. OR you can convert the PowerPoint Presentation to JPG images by choosing the option when saving your presentation to "Save As" then change the "Save as type" to "JPEG File Interchange Format (*.jpg)" and this will convert the presentations to jpg. To play the presentation, simply copy the images to your USB Thumb Drive or microSD/TF card, connect to the projector, select the Photos option, click on your connected device to project, and click on the first image to begin the slide show.
