This is the only multi I've tried - and I've tried many high-quality multi's - that doesn't give me side effects, and I do feel, over time, that my energy and sense of well-being has improved. If you have trouble with B vitamins, as I do, the B's in this one will likely *not* cause nausea or other GI symptoms, probably because the amounts are on the low end, or perhaps it's the type/quality of B's, but imo, mega-doses are too much for the body to handle anyway. I'm a fan of these vitamins -- quality ingredients with no binders/fillers is the way to go, and these meet that criteria.

I rarely write reviews but with this product I felt like it was necessary, i’ve been looking for biotin free multivitamins since I get laser hair treatments & this is the only product i’ve found that doesn’t include it. Not only that, i’ve noticed changes in my skin & energy levels & they’re super easy to swallow ! I’m on my second bottle & I will definitely be repurchasing it once I run out !

This vitamin is one of the vitamins I don't get allergic while taken, I see the difference ever since I started using it, very good products feels good & don't upset my stomach, it's a value for your money I started seeing result within a week of consistent used, reboot/restore my energy, also helps my nail, hair, grow I have used many vitamins in the past that doesn't give me the result I want but this product does wonders & recommend this product you won't regret or wast your money.
