That is for each can, one can goes a long way. I used one can for front and rear brakes for a chevy suburban.

2.99 seems a good price. I retired from 3M so I buy it through the company store.

Q: Do I need to remove the tires or I can just spray on it without the tires removed?

Remove tires. This is a brake parts cleaner. Usually this fluid is used while replacing brake parts.
