Leaves a hazy finish.
I used Lustro Italiano for a few years until, during COVID, they jacked up the price a lot. So I bought the Stone Pro etch remover, and I can tell you Stone Pro doesn't come close to Lustro Italiano. No this isn't a vendor for another product writing this. I am a user who bought a house with a lot of marble flooring, and I need a product that works. This one, I will say, can remove etch marks, but it doesn't leave the marble with the "pop" that Lustro does. I saw another review that said Stone Pro will work if you use only a tiny amount, but I don't really see how that can work. I will, however, try it on a single tile at a time, so it doesn't have time to make its own etch, which is what I think it's doing when I do 4-6 tiles at a time. I can do this very easily and effectively with Lustro Italiano. I can say I won't be buying any more Stone Pro. The Lustro price is back down now, and I've ordered 3 cans of it to last me for a while.

Problem not solved
Maybe I was expecting too much. After applying according to instructions, did not see much improvement. Then I tried using a drill buffer with it. A little better. I guess I will have to spend the rest of my life trying to get these stupid little marks offer my stone tabletop. Or, better, give up.

Use with a micro cloth like the directions say.
I used several applications with the micro cloth and it looks better. I had 2 etch marks from drops of Lime Away on my bathroom vanity. The spots are less noticeable but still there. This product took care of the swirl marks around the spots. I tried using another product but this worked the best. I also used a lot of polish to try and hide the spots more.

BEST ETCH PRODUCT
Ive used 6 different products on my marble counter that was damaged with an acidic spray from home depot. This is the 7th products ive used, and it cleared all etching with 1 buff. This product is like a gel, verses the other sandy products that did not work. Highly recommended.

Didn’t work
Did not work for me on my marble floor. Saw zero difference after using 3 times. I had slight etching from a spill of downy rinse and refresh which is basically a mild acid like vinegar. This did nothing. Contacted the company for help got no reply. Don’t waste your money.

Works as advertised
My wife used scrubbing bubbles on our brand new marble top vanity. The cleaner etched it very badly. I used this rubbing compound as directed and it now looks like new again. I spent about 2 hours rubbing.

Fabulous for marble! And sinks in hard water areas.
Have only used once but my bathroom marble looks much better. Repeated used will probably make it look like new [and it is over 20 years old.]
