This fine oil comes from California, the U.S. capital of higher organic food standards and regulations. With up to 70% of Italian oils marketed as Virgin Olive Oil are blended with lessor oils, specifically soy, which is not a very healthy oil. Not so in California. If it says it is first pressing virgin Olive Oil, that's what it is.

I love this Olive Oil. I've bought directly from the Farm as well as Amazon. Will continue to do so as it's an excellent product. It's got excellent, fresh flavor. Comes directly from the Source. Worth what you pay for it. Highly Recommend.

I've been searching for a certified organic California Olive Oil I liked as much as my favorite Italian oil and this one landed on top of my list. Delicious flavor. Mild yet not bland. Using it in dressings, cooking (we make olive oil eggs on our stove top and this perfect) and snacking on breads. Very happy with it.

This is a great “finishing oil” for my pantry. My usual oil was out of stock so I took a chance on this brand and was not disappointed.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ The threads on the glass bottle are rough where the glass of the bottle was connected together. The seam there is scraping the lid and leaving metal dust after just a few uses. Metal dust was on the lid and threads of the bottle! Wow!I liked the oil but will never buy it again because of the metal that is getting scraped of of the lid!What a health hazard! You buy organic grown in California olive oil to be healthy and this is what you get!Unbelievable!!!
