Great sleep
Really sceptical given the evidence based for this is super limited and not exactly very strong or without conflicts. However was willing to try it for myself. First few nights were strange, sweating a lot and extremely vivid dreams but the sleep quality increase was insane, even at the beginning despite adjustment period of a few days, and has persisted.

plug not suitable for UK outlets
Can’t use this product as needs extra an extra plug.Seller should state this product requires a UK adapter plug to use this mat. It may be less expensive than others but you have to buy an extra plug. This negates any cost saving.You may as well buy a more expensive one with a UK plug attached!Not happy!

Excellent quality mat
Excellent quality grounding mat, easy to use.I purchased a tester to check it was fully working and all good!Not used it enough yet to comment on effectiveness of grounding but may itself is great !

Doesn’t seem to have alleviated my neuropathy.
