In this book the authors investigate dreams and a lot more. Among my favorite topics were OBEs and Astral travel.I thought they took a balanced view of science and spirituality. I liked that they shared experiences that they were told about in a variety of categories.The book was interesting and would be a good choice for not only dream states but other topics that are related to dreams.
