DuPont Teflon Snow and Ice Repellant

Product arrived on time and well packaged. I used it on two snow blowers and one shovel. It worked well on all three and was especially appreciated on the shovel as the next snowfall was 14 inches of heavy wet snow. The snow slid off of that shovel nicely and a few storms later it is still doing so. Thus it does have lasting power. Now on the 5 horsepower snow blower that I use the most the product has lasted fairly well on the discharge chute. It did not last as well on the auger. It lasted for only a couple of uses and then snow started to collect. BUT...As long as the chute remained slick it still discharged the snow well with ZERO clogs.UPDATE 01/27 - Corrected wording above from "a couple of passes" to "a couple of uses." Also to be fair about the auger....As I mentioned that was 14 inches of fresh wet heavy snow PLUS it had been warm so the snow was initially melting from the bottom up until the ground cooled. I also used the machine both times to clean the street so that the city plow would not fill my driveway with snow. When clearing the street you also have the water at curbside to deal with. Thus for the auger to start to collect snow on or after the second use...I think that had to be expected given how hard I worked both machines. And again...ZERO clogs at the discharge chute which was always a problem before. Thus I remain very pleased and just coated both machines again yesterday.Overall I am very pleased with the product and would recommend and buy again.

Ski lubricant (keep snow from sticking)

I also used this spray on my shovels and snow thrower. It worked equally well on both items. This spring, I tried it on the bottom of my lawn mower. It works well for keeping the grass clippings from sticking on the bottom of the mower. I need to buy more bottles of this stuff.

Arrived intact but we didn't get enough snow after that to try it. I ordered it on a recommendation from others in a snowblower forum chat. So I have some high hopes for it. Meanwhile it's in the storage cabinet for the summer and fall, until we get some soggy early-season snow to move around.Produce arrived as promised, intact, packaged well, and in a full plastic wrap. All good! And at a price way lower than what they sell for at the local OPE and snowblower sellers here.More after we've had a chance to actually use it under intended conditions.

Seemed to work on my shovel, but not on my snowblower -the chute still clogged up. The can produces a spray that is a very weak, fine mist, which made it difficult to coat the inside of the machine. I noticed that there's a slot in the cap for a "straw" applicator, like the one that is often included on a can of WD40. I searched my basement, and found one that worked with the Dupont product. The straw really helps - Dupont should include it. In fact, I don't think I will buy this again without one.EDIT:I just went to my local Ace Hardware, and they had this product, and it included the straw, which leads me to believe that I got gypped.
