Does it look like grout or like caulk when finished?

It does look like grout, but is very white, which for me wasn't a problem because I was going to use a colored sealer anyway.

Is the 438 pre-mixed tile grout "sanded grout" like that used for kitchen countertop tiles? or is it soothe like sealing around a bathtub?

Sherry, this can be used as a seal between the floor and the wall with that type of substrate but it should not be used as an adhesive to hold the tile down.
