Is this eyeliner black in color? and waterproof?

It’s not waterproof. However, it is jet black and also very easy to use and last really long (I’ve used mine for more than a year). I’ve tried so many different brands but I always come back to this one. If the waterproof thing is not an issue I would recommend it 100%!

This is a very good eyeliner , I recommend to all , but it is not waterproof and smudges easily with sweat and water so not recommended for long hours . After hours of wearing , the black colours dims into a ash colour but no issues, .The wand is good ,this product is super.

Didn't meet my expectations

I gave 1 star for the beautiful deep black color but i definitely will not buy it again because it's the worst package and very hard to use brush.. Also the brush is big and hard to control.. You can't draw fine lines...
