I could well be in the minority of guys who use this product - I've had coarse, dry, frizzy hair for as long as I can remember.....made worse in the summer with the uptick in heat and humidity. I decided this was the year to sort it, and have been working through numerous comditioners and hair masks for a 'cure'. Took a bit of a punt on a jar of this stuff, and WOW - its incredible. My hair is manageable and soft for the first time in pretty much forever. First time I used it I left it on for about 30 minutes, with minimal results. I was a little disappointed in all honesty. The 2nd time I left it on for around 3 hours, and that was the gamechanger. If you're buying this product its because your hair is in need of some intense trearment, so my advice would be let it do its thing and give it a chance....2-3hrs minimum. This is a very impressive product that generated immediate, visible results for me and at the current price point (around £20 for a jar) theres value for money here too - this will last me months. Brilliant product.

Wow! I absolutely love this product. Read other reviews and decided to give it a go. I get my hair highlighted and so this dries out my hair. Bondaplex makes my hair soft, shiny and easy to manage.Will definitely buy it from now on.Smells lovely too 😍

I bought this products because of the good reviews, but unfortunately didn't do much for me. Smells great and makes your hair soft but nothing much different from other brands.

I'm a creature of bad decisions. I wanted to go blonde very quickly and I was too tight to go to a salon. This stuff is made of champions.After reading literally every hair article where professionals were screaming at me through the screen that what I was about to do was a very terrible idea, I bleached my hair 4 times within a week (yes, I know, but unfortunately I can't be changed). 30vol first followed by 20vol for the rest. Box red dye on the ends underneath many sessions of permanent dark brown hair dye. Brad Mondo would be disappointed.This paste of dreams has kept my hair shiny and healthy throughout the process. I'm a happy level 7ish (toner was 7/01), taking a break, then back to it for an 8, 9ish ash blonde after a brief European holiday which will ultimately turn my hair green from an abundance of chlorine swimming. Again, bad decisions.I read the instructions on the final treatment (bit late but whatevz) which said for best results leave in for 10mins + or overnight. I didn't even do that! Left it in for max 3mins in the shower and it magically transformed my hair. Bit pricey, but worth it for the results. Highly recommended if you're an impatient go-getter like me with a hobby graveyard (right now I'm a faux hair 'professional') 👍

I've been using straighteners on my hair for 20 years now and it's very dry and frizzy so thought I would give Boldplex a go. I bought it around a month ago and have used it once a week, leaving it on about 45 minutes each time. While my hair condition is a bit better it's nothing like I was expecting after reading other reviews. The leaflet that comes in the box offers a money back guarantee so I emailed the company 2 weeks ago but have only had an automated reply from them , nothing else.EDIT - I have now heard back from the company and they are actioning a refund. I was most impressed with the level of customer service provided.2nd Edit - the guarantee that come with the product says that as well as providing a refund they will also send you a different product to try for free, while I did receive my refund no other product has been received. 😕

There are much cheaper “plex” bond-repair products, there are much dearer ones. I have tried everything on that price scale, since a hairdresser destroyed my hair in August with over bleaching, leaving it gummy when wet, and crunchy like straw when dry. I have used this for two months, alongside olaplex no3 pre-wash and loreal metal detox masque and serum, and when dried and straightened, you would never guess anything horrific had happened to my hair. Combing when wet will be an issue until my damaged hair grows out, but this softens the tangles. Honestly this stuff is just **BRILLIANT**. Depending on what you normally spend on hair products it is pricey or reasonable. It is reasonable for me. If you have very damaged hair, comb carefully after washing, put this in generously and pop on a shower cap, then leave as long as practicable for you. You will not regret.
