This thing is amazing, for the price. It really does fold up nearly flat, easy to store in the garage without getting in any kind of way. Seems well-made enough, no sway or creaks, all parts present, comfortable, easy to put together. So far, it holds 225 on the uprights without a hitch. I wanted an old-school narrow bench with narrow uprights for ease in changing hand positions on the bar and for ease in storage, this does it. You can swivel and lock down the end foot of the bench to convert it into an incline bench, though it is low on the ground and you'll want to brace your feet, as such, to keep from sliding, but a small price to pay for a small price. Two thumbs up!

As with most other people, what drew me to the Goplus bench was the folding nature and the upright storage requiring minimal floor space for storage. Overall, I got what I expected in the weight bench. I typically find some benches have the arms spaced either too far apart or too close together, but it's perfect here. Once I grab the bar, I never have to readjust with weights held above my body.I'll also speak to their categories:PREMIUM CONSTRUCTION - I agree here, it feels solid and once together stays together. Seems like good materials for personal home use that should last.COMFORTABLE PADDING - Comfortable enough... not the most padded one I've had, but not the worst. It's good/good eough for home/regular use.ADJUSTABLE BENCH - Adjusting and changing the height is fairly quick and easy.SPACE SAVING - This is a nice touch as it's footprint is minimal and does fold easily and quickly. The only real complaint is that when it's folded up, there's supposed to be a pin that holds it straight upright. The holes in that don't perfectly line up to the point it's almost a problem, but I can make it work. Could use a big improvement on this point... but not a deal breaker.By no means is this professional gym quality, but then again at this price tag and free shipping, it's exactly where someone with realistic expectations will be satisfied with. If you don't need a bench that can be stored upright, I'd go with something else. If you're looking for a person bench, and the space saving feature, this is for you.HINT: The hardware comes in a single package without labels. Yes, that's kind of annoying, but it's not that hard to figure it out. All you need to do is count the number of pieces of items they are. Once you realized you have 5 small washers and about 10+ large washers, you can figure it out easily which part number they are. The bolts come in different quantities so it wasn't too hard to figure those out either. Assembly was probably about 45 min and not that bad for someone who liked Legos as a kid.

Good design, assembly easy. The frame will actually start to bend a little if you tighten the nuts and bolts past a certain point. I eased that a little by adding larger washers to spread the load. It's solid enough though. I should have paid more attention to the bench width - it's only 9.5 inches wide. It's ok, but too narrow feeling and I'm only 36 waist. I'll still enjoy using it loads, and am glad I made the purchase.

Pro:- Takes up almost no room when folded up- Narrow rack so it doesn't take up too much room folded or unfolded- With the exception of the rack, the bench feels reasonably stable under a 240 pound man and several hundred pound barbell- Light enough for decent sized man to tote easily- OK priceCon:- The two rack arms wobble a little too much within the part of the bench into which they insert- Bench seems a bit too narrow for men with wide shoulders- Directions were not clear and several bolts were missing, but I found a few spare parts to suffice

TOOK HOURS TO ASSEMBLE!!! MISSING PARTS!!! STAY AWAY!! NO INSTRUCTIONS!!

This bench is solid and space-saving at the same time, and for the price it's definitely a good deal.All hardware was included (some earlier reviews stated that some bolts were missing, but I assume they've since fixed that logistical problem). The instructions were good, and assembly was fairly simple and took about 25 minutes; half of that time was spent identifying the different bolts, since they're not labelled and it's not entirely clear which ones are which on the instruction diagrams. However, based on the quantities and length descriptors I was able to easily figure out which were which, and it wasn't so much of a hassle that I'd take a star off for it.Five stars; I'd recommend it.

This was a very disappointed purchase. Assembling this bench was a nightmare. The parts are not sorted in any way and the instructions are frustratingly vague. It's almost impossible to tell which bolt goes where based on the tiny drawings provided.My bench also arrived filled with metal filings from the manufacturing process. It would have taken 10 seconds to shake them out before shipping the bench to me. Details like this tell you how little this company cares about their customers.Furthermore, the folded dimensions listed on Amazon are incorrect. If you are planning to store this under a bed or in a closet, think twice. When folded up, the dimensions are far larger then the listing would have you believe.

This bench is exactly what I wanted. It folds up out of the way, is easy to use and adjust, and isn't heavy. Nice and sturdy when I'm lifting. I found it easy to assemble, I just took my time and worked methodically, following the directions.
