Excellent
Simple to install and works great! I installed underneath a basement stariway to control LED tread lights. The matching Lutron LRF2-OCR2B-P-WH sensor is mounted on the high ceiling above the stairway and the combination works great. After 6 months, the setup never fails. The sensor and relay are separated vertically by about 15 feet with a hardwood staircase between them.

easy to set up
I just wanted to add something to contribute to the other reviewers comments. This soft switch is definitely to be used in a residential setting as well. It does not have to be reset after a power outage. It has memory.I have had two installed above junction boxes, behind drywall, in order to power pendant lights, which replaced hardwired fans. I never would have, if there was a need to reset them. Once you have paired the remote, you're set. Similar to a built-in garage door remote opener in your car. If you're familiar.I took away a star because of the lack of dimming. I'm also not sure of its ability to link with the Lutron hub. It may, it may not. I'll report back.To achieve dimming, I believe wifi led's could be used. Lutron has not tested it for this application. I contacted them to clarify compatibility. Theoretically, it should work. I'm going to try Hue bulbs, and will update. All in all, easy to set up, and potentially saves hundreds of dollars on an electrician spending several hours fishing wire to a wall outlet. I had complicated floor joists, molding, and substantial runs.

Not for residential use
I’m sure these are superb for an exposed plenum application, as that is exactly what they are designed for. They are not suitable for residential use outside of that same environment, they are not designed or intended to fit inside a junction box (way too big) and shouldn’t be drywalled over either. Easy to use, don’t try to make them something they are not.

Only one thing missing...
This device works exactly as advertised, and will switch ANY load, unlike the Caseta switches/dimmers, including very small load LED lighting. This device unfortunately does not work with the SmartBridge, so this ends up being a stand-alone device, that is why I knocked off a star. If you want to use the smart bridge or need dimming functions, use the Caseta switches. I have several Caseta switches installed above the drop ceiling in my basement to control lights outside and throughout the house. Saved me tons of time wiring, and I can put the Pico switch anywhere I want it (same as with the relay), and I have timers set up for outside patio lights, Christmas lights, etc. Great product.

GOOD SOLUTION FOR FOR MY APPLICATION!
Worked exactly as described. Range is better than stated. Won't hesitate to use again.

Quality Product but Huge Size!
Other than the gigantic size, this is exactly what I expected from a quality Lutron product. I first went with the cheaper Skylink brand (MR318 and TB318), but they were loud and had a delay to turn on/off. Lutron is much more quiet and gets instantly on/off with the linked Pico remote. If you can get over the price and huge size/thickness of this relay, it's the best option. I actually had to cut off the screw tabs on both sides to be able to fit it inside my fixture. Here are a few pictures for you to compare the size.

Nice not having to run wires on concrete walls to ...
Make sure you don't need it to be Dimmable. I made that mistake, but I was still able to use these in my basement workshop area. Nice not having to run wires on concrete walls to hit switches.
