This thing comes with 0 instructions. There are NO videos specific to this unit or any instructions for this unit anywhere only. I was able to install it and get the bluetooth to play music from my phone, but could not get the calling function to work initially. I was able to trouble shout and find out it was a problem with my phone.The system is very simple, and with some added instructions it would have helped my troubleshooting, and caused me less headaches. It works now.I find I have to turn the volume to near max to hear calls. Problem is when you hang up it switches back to radio and if you dont remember to turn it down it blasts you with loud volume.

It fits and installs easy! It’s a temperamental device however, it disconnects from my Bluetooth devices randomly and sometimes it won’t allow me to reconnect. And I wish you could connect both the Aux and the microphone at the same time, but you can’t its one or the other.

Easy to install and works with factory stereo and steering wheel buttons. The microphone really sucks though, completely worthless-- replacing it. This is pretty overpriced for what it is.

This product worked well for a brief period of time. Now the wiring harness only plays out of the right side speakers of the vehicle. I took apart the interior to adjust the connection once, which didn't help. Now I need to purchase a new unit, from a different company, before removing this unit from our car to ensure that this will not happen again.All in all this product really doesn't last that long. That coupled with the fact that you need to remove interior panels to install this makes it completely not worth purchasing.

Dissconnects frequently
It works great when it actually works. It constantly loses connection while driving which makes it unbearable to use.

Works great for me. I actually bought three of these form Amazon. Connects with my iPhone reliably. Every once in a while my car needs to be switched off then back on for this to work. Would definitely buy this again!
