Nice fit, fully adjustable, comfortable to use. Has built in dual eye magnifier lens with a second flip up/down dual eye magnifier, plus a drop down eye loupe for right eye only. LED lamp centered above eyebrow is bright and is adjustable up & down. Wish it came with some sort of soft drawstring bag for storage, other than a plastic baggie. I like using it for close up work. Note- not for use with grinding or welding. Offers no flying debris protection. Safety glasses can be worn with this visor.

Good product, stays on head

okay so this is the first time iv'e EVER written a review of a product ... so it must be really bad or really good , I cannot remember the last time I spent a mere 23 dollars on a product that I like as much as this magnifier. have used it for a week now and its fantastic ..the lenses stay put ... and are very good quality ... lenses are plastic or acrylic ... BUT clear as heck ... you can keep both eyes open at same time without problem ... you can click In one / or two sets of lenses .... they just swivel down and click in and boom twice the mag ... click out of the way when you don't need the extra magnification and stay put out of the way when you don't need them ... and OMG if you really want to see up close move the extra loop over the right eye and you can almost see the electrons orbiting the atoms ! the LED lamp is great moves and stays where you need it uses normal AAA batteries .... head band works well and stays put .... buying a duplicate set of these for my brothers birthday ... he is impossible to buy a gift for as he has everything EXCEPT for a nice Magnifier setup like these .... read poor reviews of this product .... but my opinion is this is a real nice product ... would buy again for sure ... I was afraid that this was going to be cheap junk, but I only needed it for one quick project at my current location so I bought it anyway. It's actually astonishingly good for the price, I was very pleasantly surprised. I have used expensive versions of such head-mounted magnifiers at work, and this one almost as good. It's solidly made, the strap adjustment is well designed and gives a wide range of adjustment. The lenses are very clear. There's a lot of chromatic aberration, but otherwise nothing to complain about with the optics. The battery arrangement is a little odd --- it needs three identical AAA batteries, and it took me a minute to figure that out. It can be used with glasses.

If I just need to use these for 5 minutes at a time they work fine. I do wear them with my glasses but the fit over the glasses is very tight. Larger glasses probably won't fit. The light is good, and one of the biggest benefits of this visor. I have to get my face really close to what I'm working on for any of the magnifying options to work, but they do work.My biggest complaint is that it's impossible to keep the visor up. The nut on the side slowly loosens and allows the visor to drop down, interrupting my work. No matter how tight I crank down on it, the visor always starts drooping. It's incredibly annoying. Since I have to be so close to an object to see anything through the visor, there's no option to just leave the visor down all the time.

This was the nicest headset magnifier that I have ever used. Unfortunately , I ran over it with my electric wheelchair and totally destroyed the case.Here is my predicament. I have double vision in the state of being corrected. Even. with the correction that I get I am still unable to read a magazine, osr any mail that I get. I AM HELPLESS WITHOUT MY CARSON LUMIVISOR .. THERE IS NO OTHER HEADSET MAGNIFIER THAT SOLVES MY READING PROBLEMS. Some weeks ago you were going to help me with the return problem for my CARSON PRO MAGNIVISOR DELUXE BUT NOTHING HAS COME OF IT. I need to get back into reading, ad. there is nothing and gher is nothing that will do the job like CARSON LUMIVISOR. I KNOW THAT YOU CAN EITHER ORDER THIS UNIT FOR ME. OR TELL ME HOW. Iam 96 years old and cannot stand this reading isolation.

Adjustable magnification is handy. Not for long wearing, but sufficient for almost any quick detail work.

3 magnification levels, a good LED work light. Its a great piece of equipment. I have only 2 complains, the head strap is not all that head shaped when its loose so it can be mildly uncomfortable to wear but probably good for folks with funny shaped heads. And the axis of motion for the visor does not hold tension so after a few flips up and down you may have to hand tighten the knobs on the side a bit.

La calidad del producto es muy bueno, no incluye pilas, lleva tres triple AAA, se colocan en un tipo de carrusel que se puede remover afuera para mejor colocación, la luz led me sorprendió su intensidad, ya que va dirigida justo al punto donde se necesita, los tornillos apretados no viene nada flojo, la visera se queda justo donde la ponga uno, el ajuste de la correa de la cabeza solo es apretando un botón y se libera de manera sencillo, este comentario anterior es para los que no leen el instructivo y no rompan esa área (al estrenar el aparato) No pesa nada quizás solo aumenten el pequeño peso por la lámpara de led y pilas no común en otros aparatos de menor rango de calidad y precio. En general cumple con todo y como pueden ver está muy bonito su acabado negro mate. Dejo este comentario tan completo porque a mí me hubiera gustado leer algo parecido de lo que es tener este producto en manos de la persona que lo comprara antes que yo.
