Soft and comfy
They are amazing, my 8year old grandaughter loves them said there soft comfortable and her ankles aren't hurting, so great buy, I totally recommend these, great price aswell.

Although they were initially comfortable and effective arch supports for the feet, they are self-adhesive and only stayed in place for the first afternoon, yesterday (which admittedly was rather hot), after which they’ve slithered around inside my shoes, feeling lumpy in all the wrong places! The idea is good but the poor adhesive makes them ineffective and uncomfortable.
