It took6 weeks to get the package of Jerky seasoning. We went to Bass Pro and got it the same day we ordered it on Amazon. The product itself is a great product.

I bought the original and the hickory and did a batch in each. The hickory was 10x more flavorful. I have a new goto!!

I purchased 4 flavors Hickory Blend, Hunter’s Blend, Mesquite Blend, and Mandarin Teriyaki. All 4 flavors are good, they are both mild and flavorful.This was my first time making jerky from ground beef and in the oven. I followed the directions and all went well.Hickory tastes a lot like what people would refer to as Original flavor.Mesquite has the smoked Mesquite flavor to it, and very good.Hunter’s Blend would be considered Peppered. I liked it a lot, strong pepper flavor, but no heat to it, very good.Mandarin teriyaki, tastes like teriyaki and is mild, not too salty or sweet.I marinated the mixed meat over night before drying. The flavors were mildly good. After a week they became even more flavorful and still very good. I’m please how these turned out.
