Culiri Set of 4 Silicone Wine Bottle Stopper, Red

My wife ordered these because she is a bit of a wino.Pros:--no wasted wine after opening.Cons:--Make sure you push these in fairly tight on the bottle. The first time she used one of these, she didn't push the stopper down tight, and wine leaked all over the fridge. She either needs to drink more to finish the bottle, or put some umph into the insertion of the wine stopper in the future.

Super product! Came just in time! Fits every bottle I've tried them on, not just wine bottles. I've tried them on my olive oil bottle (my husband threw away the cap..."accidentally".) Fits on my 2 liter soda bottles (my son 'steals' the caps to play with) I put one on this a.m. and 9 hours later, it's perfectly fine, totally carbonated, like it had a regular cap on it. Needless to say, they fit perfectly on wine bottles. So often, we have dinner guests & not all the wine is finished & putting the cork back in is a pain & never seals right. Also, many nights, I enjoy a glass of wine while I relax & as much as I'd like to at times, finishing the bottle isn't an option!In exchange for my opinion I was offered this product at a reduced cost. The opinions are my own, and the price I paid did not influenced this review, I gave my honest unbiased opinion based on the value of the product not the price.

So far they're working out well - I haven't had any spills yet, but they do seem to be a tad flimsy, so I'm wondering how they'll hold up over the long run.

These work very well.PROS:1. Easy to insert and remove, but will not slip out on their own.2. I can store my wine bottles horizontally in my wine fridge with these stoppers without worrying about leaks. I even held a full wine bottle upside down with no issues.CON:1. Water gets trapped in the space between the silver Culiri emblem and the rubber. If this happens just set them upside down on a paper towel to dry.I'm still giving this product a 5 star rating, because the con isn't a huge issue as long as you don't submerge the product in water while washing. Wash and rinse by hand while holding stopper upside down to avoid water getting into that little space.NOTE: Rinse before using: Mine had some dust on them from packaging material.Pictures uploaded.

These seem to work well. They go in easy and come out easy. I'm still evaluating how long they will last and how well they seal.

I've had 40+ years experience with wine bottle stoppers, but none in my memory have done the job as well as these. They fit EVERY wine bottle properly -- not too small for some and too big for others -- and are both easy to insert and to remove. Also, I expect the silicone to react less with the wine than I have seen with some other materials. These have enough "grab" on the bottle neck that they might even be usable with wines which are mildly frizzante (have not tried that yet).A+Slam-dunk choice.

they seem to be working - no leaks. UPDATE! OK, we've had them for a reasonable amount of time now and they are no good. Wine lying down in our wine cooler is leaking. We're in the process of finding replacements that will 'WORK!" Very disappointing! Why is it so hard to find stoppers that work?

I bought these with the intention of stopping both bottles of wine and very large bottles of beer. I wasn't expecting much with the latter since carbonation seems to escape anything that hasn't been vacuum sealed, but this little stopper worked great! The beer stayed carbonated for about 3 days after I opened it. On top of that, they're easy to clean and store, and the price for a set of 4 is a steal.
