Product arrived in excellent condition and installed according to instructions.

Used every piece. Glad I purchased before finalizing install. Used these pipe pieces to plan exact location of mounting tankless heater.

What an over priced pile of crap. I live on 15 acres in the Santa Cruz mountains. I do my own plumbing, electrical, tractor work, water system, you name it, I've fixed it. In other words, I'm not your typical know nothing home owner, I'm closer to a contractor. I've got a contractor who does work for me and I'm the only customer he'll let work with him if that makes any sense.I just spent 2 hours trying to get this stuff to do a simple horizontal install. My heater is wall hung, all I needed was the flip valve piece, the elbow, the thimble, and the outside vent.The first problem is that this stuff is tricky to get together without screwing up the gaskets. You push the tubes together and half the time the male tube pushes the gasket out of the race that it is in and you can't really tell. Why can't you tell? Because the tolerances are crap, the male tube is too big so it's so hard to push it in that you can't tell if the gasket got pushed out.For the external vent I had to take the hose clamps and compress it to get it to fit at all.I absolutely hate this stuff. It takes a lot for me to be this pissed off, I'm a business owner, I understand that bad PR is bad news, I understand that people need to make a living. I'm willing to pay top dollar for good stuff but this stuff is absolute crap. I'll be contacting the seller and asking for a refund.

The kit I received had some of the pipes dented and cost more labor time to assemble.The kit was just what I needed except there was no flapper for returning air.I like the prompt delivery time that Amazon delivers what I have ordered through them.I have saved several dollars through Amazon.John Scarr

This kit worked perfectly for me to install my new tankless water heater. Highly recommend it.

Pellet stove fittings. Nothing sexy, but works as expected and much cheaper than local.
